Overview
Send and receive SMS, place and answer calls on real French mobile numbers, from your code.
06 Line hosts your mobile line: you buy an eSIM from the operator of your choice, we install it in a dedicated modem, and you drive it through one API. Messages and calls go out from your own number, exactly as from a phone.
Three building blocks, each doing one job:
- REST to send SMS, read your lines and history, and control calls.
- Webhooks to be told when an SMS arrives, when one you sent is delivered, and when the recording of a call is ready.
- WebRTC for the sound of calls, with the live call events on its data channel. The browser SDK handles it for you.
Quickstart
Send an SMS and receive the reply.
Authentication
API keys for servers, ephemeral keys for browsers.
Webhooks
Incoming SMS, delivery status and recordings, signed and retried.
Call with the SDK
Place and answer calls from a web page with the browser SDK.
SMS
Encodings, long messages, delivery status.
Call with the API
Place and answer calls with REST and a WebRTC session, from any platform.
